Open your profile, go to Account Actions and tap Delete Account. Your account is deactivated and you are signed out. To have your data erased, email us from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Cabo account", and we will erase or anonymise it within 30 days.

Cabo uses Google sign-in, and Apple sign-in on iPhone. Use the same Google or Apple account you first signed up with. If you no longer have access to it, email us with your username and we will help you recover the account.

If a game fails because of a fault on our side, such as a crash, a frozen table or a game that would not start, we refund the entry, including to players who left. Email us with the time of the game and your username.

Close and reopen the app first, as rewards sync when it loads. If it still has not arrived, email us with your username and what you expected.

You redeem gems for a voucher in the Vouchers tab of the shop. Redemptions are reviewed, and you get a notification when one is approved. Contact us if one has been pending for several days.

Block them from their profile and email us their username and what happened, with the time of the game. We review reports and can suspend accounts.

Use the feedback sheet in the app, or email us. Include your device model, OS version and the app version, which is shown at the bottom of your stats screen.
